Getting Started

New to Pilates? Follow These Steps

First, call our studio to schedule your first appointment and consultation. One of our instructors will conduct an assessment and get you started on your program. Typically, beginners start with our Introductory Package, which includes four private sessions. However, our goal is to help you progress to less expensive class types, depending on your needs. After the initial consultation, we’ll show you how to schedule all your appointments online. On the day of your first appointment, be sure to wear yoga-appropriate clothes, i.e., clothing in which you can bend and stretch. We also encourage you to download, print, and fill in the Client Health History Form. Be sure to bring it with you to your first appointment.

New to Our Studio?

We’re always happy to welcome new faces to our studio, regardless of experience level. If you have prior Pilates experience and want to schedule a class, you’re invited to give us a call. We’ll be more than happy to design a program to help you meet your goals. Please note that we may need to schedule an initial private session to assess your skill level and customize your Pilates program. You can also download our Client Health History Form to bring to your first appointment. After this consultation, you’ll be able to schedule all your appointments and classes online. Just don’t forget to wear comfortable clothes. If you’ve done Pilates before, you know the drill.
