Getting Started

New to Pilates? Just follow these steps

  • Call the studio (832.381.2679) and ask  to set up your first appointment and consultation.
  • Your instructor will assess you and get you started on your Pilates program.
  • Typically, you will begin with our Introductory Package which is 4 private sessions. Our goal is to progress you into other less expensive class types depending on your needs.
  • After your initial consult, your instructor will show you how to schedule your appointments all online.
  • On the day of your initial appointment, wear yoga type clothes. Anything tin which you can bend and stretch.
  • You can download the Client Health History Form, fill it out and bring it with you.
  • Interested in Pilates Rehab? Call the clinic to set up an evaluation with Dr. Hanson.

New to our Studio?

  • If you have prior Pilates experience and would like to schedule training, please give us a call at our Studio: 832.381.2679 and we'll be happy to design a program to meet your goals. It may be necessary to schedule an initial private session to assess your skills in order to customize your Pilates program.
  • After talking with us, you will be able to schedule all your classes and appointments online.
  • Wear comfortable clothes. If you have done Pilates before then you know the drill!
  • You can download the Client Health History Form and bring that information with you.
