Michelle Ber

Michelle has been committed to the study of movement her entire life. She began her classical ballet training at an early age, continuing into adulthood, eventually teaching students of all ages for fifteen years. As a young adult, Michelle also found that her flexibility and balance lent a unique advantage to the study of judo. After years of competitions, including a first place win at the 1995 Swamp Classic, she earned her 1st degree Shodan, Black Belt.

Michelle then discovered Pilates as a way to regain the ballet body while maintaining the strength built by martial arts. STOTT PILATES® was a way to mesh the advantages of these two disciplines into one cohesive exercise that creates and maintains long, lean, strong muscles that efficiently stabilize and support the body.

Michelle is certified in STOTT PILATES® Mat and Reformer
